cannot recommend this place enough. I started going to prenatal yoga with Kamlesh Ji 3 times a week around week 19 of my Pregnancy .
Prior to joining these classes, I was diagnosed with low normal amniotic fluid volume, echogenic intracardiac foci in bilateral fetal cardiac ventricles among other issues which were completely eradicated in just a couple of weeks with a nominal amount of increase in protein diet plus water intake accompanied by these classes.
Now at 26 weeks and counting, going to these classes is my favorite part of being pregnant. I look forward to these classes so eagerly that never want to miss them. They are proving to be incredibly good with regards to mood swings, back pains, emotional/muscular strength enhancement and improved flexibility among other things.
So ladies, my recommendation is definitely to give it a go as it's worth every penny spent 🙂
